The IC 2000 documents your quality controlled series production. Process reliability is ascertainable. Once installed all relevant data such as welding current, welding voltage, welding time, welding speed and the number of spot welds on a workpiece are compared with a reference file. Any deviations are shown in an error list.
By using guide voltages the equipment controls the power source. 2 further guide voltages are available for other peripheral equipment such as wire feed, turntable etc.
